After the wear of the taper hole on the machine tool spindle, the tool clamping accuracy decreases, resulting in a roundness error of over 0.01mm in the machined parts and an increase in the scrap rate. Daokedao adopts ultra-fine spot laser cladding technology (spot diameter 0.08mm) to melt wear-resistant alloy coating on the inner wall of the tapered hole, with a coating thickness of 0.05-0.1mm and a taper error of ≤ 0.005mm/100mm. After repair, the radial runout of the spindle clamping tool was ≤ 0.003mm, the roundness error of the machined part was reduced to ± 0.003mm, and the scrap rate decreased from 8% to 0.5%. After repairing the spindle of a precision machinery factory's Φ 100mm machine tool, the machining accuracy has been restored to the level of the new spindle, and the service life has reached 90% of the new spindle. The repair cost is only 20% of the new spindle. The equipment is equipped with specialized positioning fixtures for taper holes to ensure uniform coating and is compatible with high-precision machine tool spindles such as CNC lathes and machining centers.
