Commercial vehicle brake discs are prone to thermal cracks and wear on the surface due to frequent braking, with a replacement cycle of only 3-6 months and an annual replacement cost of over 20000 yuan per unit. Daokedao adopts WC CoCr composite melting technology to melt a 1.5mm thick coating on the friction surface of the brake disc, with a hardness of HRC65 and a wear resistance four times that of the original cast iron brake disc. The friction coefficient is stable at 0.35-0.45. By using segmented cladding technology, thermal deformation of the brake disc is avoided, with a flatness error of ≤ 0.05mm/m and a dynamic balance accuracy of G2.5 level.
