The extruder screw of PVC pipe materials, which is in prolonged contact with chlorine-containing molten material, is prone to corrosion pits and wear on the screw threads, leading to a 15%-20% reduction in extrusion output and uneven pipe wall thickness. Daokedaow adopts a Hastelloy + ceramic composite cladding technology, forming a 1.2-1.5mm thick coating on the screw surface. This coating achieves a 10,000-hour salt spray test standard for chloride corrosion resistance, with a hardness of HRC60-63. Through a five-axis联动 cladding system, the screw threads' helix angle and pitch are precisely replicated, ensuring the post-cladding clearance between the screw and barrel is controlled within 0.15-0.2mm. After repairing a Φ120mm screw, the extrusion output returns to the level of a new screw, reducing pipe wall thickness deviation from ±0.3mm to ±0.1mm and extending the service life from 8 months to 28 months. After implementation by a pipe material factory, monthly production increased by 30 tons per unit, saving 120,000 yuan annually in screw replacement costs, and is suitable for extrusion scenarios involving corrosive materials such as PVC and PPR.
