The fitting accuracy of the stamping die guide column guide sleeve directly affects the size of the stamped part, and three core points need to be controlled during repair. Firstly, the accuracy of benchmark calibration. Using a three coordinate measuring instrument to establish the center reference of the guide column, ensuring that the coaxiality error of the repaired guide column is ≤ 0.005mm. Traditional repairs can only achieve 0.02mm, which is the basis for ensuring guidance accuracy. Secondly, control the thickness of the cladding layer. Accurately set the cladding thickness according to the wear amount. Single layer cladding is used for wear below 0.1mm, and double-layer cladding is used for thickness 0.1-0.3mm. The thickness error of each layer is ≤ 0.01mm to avoid excessive fitting clearance caused by uneven thickness. Thirdly, surface roughness control. Using ultrafine alloy powder with a particle size of 10-30 μ m and a 1500W laser power, the surface roughness of the cladding layer can directly reach Ra0.06 μ m without the need for secondary polishing to meet the mixing requirements. By controlling these three points, Daokedao can stabilize the clearance between the repaired guide column and guide sleeve at 0.005-0.01mm, with a guiding accuracy of IT5 level, which is three times longer than traditional repair life. After being applied in a sheet metal factory, the dimensional tolerance of stamped parts was reduced from ± 0.05mm to ± 0.02mm, and the scrap rate decreased by 80%.
