After the chamfering and wear of the stamping die edge, the cutting workpiece is prone to edge breakage and burrs, which increases the safety risk for operators. Daokedao adopts a laser angle measurement system to accurately control the chamfer repair angle (30 °, 45 °, 60 °), with a chamfer radius tolerance of ± 0.01mm, and the sharpness of the cutting edge is restored to the level of the new mold. Using high-speed steel powder with a blade hardness of HRC62-65, the burr rate of the cut workpiece has been reduced from 18% to 1%. The equipment is equipped with specialized protective tools for cutting edges to avoid damage during the repair process. After application in an electronic component factory, the qualified rate of workpiece cutting increased from 82% to 99%, assembly failures caused by burrs decreased by 90%, and the safety accident rate of operators decreased to zero.
