After the vacuum forming mold suction hole is blocked or worn, the vacuum degree decreases, resulting in loose fitting of the product, wrinkles, and missing materials, with a scrap rate of over 18%. Daokedao adopts a laser drilling+cladding composite process to clean the blockage of the suction hole and then melt a wear-resistant coating on the hole wall. The diameter tolerance of the suction hole is ± 0.01mm, and the ventilation efficiency is improved by 30%. Special processes are pre-set for different aperture sizes (0.3-2mm) to ensure uniform distribution of suction holes. After being applied in a certain vacuum packaging factory, the product scrap rate decreased to 3%, the vacuum forming time was shortened from 15 seconds to 10 seconds, the single shift output increased by 33%, and the suction hole maintenance cycle was extended from 1 week to 2 months.
