Ship propellers are prone to corrosion and cavitation erosion in seawater environments. Traditional repair processes easily cause propeller deformation, affecting propulsion efficiency. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment uses seawater corrosion-resistant copper alloy powder. The cladding layer forms a metallurgical bond with the propeller matrix (copper alloy), with a bonding strength exceeding 450MPa and seawater corrosion resistance improved by 8 times. Equipped with a large-scale 5-axis linkage platform, the equipment can adapt to propellers with diameters of 3-8 meters, with a cladding efficiency of 400cm²/h. After repair, the dynamic balance error of the propeller is controlled within 5g, and the propulsion efficiency is restored to the new machine level, helping shipping enterprises reduce ship maintenance cycles and lower operation costs.
