When high silicon aluminum alloy (with a silicon content of 10% -15%) is die cast, silicon particles severely erode the mold cavity, and traditional molds have a lifespan of only 3000-5000 pieces. Daokedao adopts WC TiC composite ceramic cladding technology, with a coating hardness of HRC70 and wear resistance six times that of H13 steel, effectively resisting silicon particle erosion.
