Thin walled injection molds (such as mobile phone shell molds) are prone to deformation due to their thin walls, and traditional repairs exacerbate the deformation caused by excessive heat input, resulting in product size deviations. Daokedao adopts low-temperature laser cladding technology, with the substrate temperature strictly controlled within 80 ℃ and the cladding layer shrinkage rate ≤ 0.05%, effectively avoiding mold deformation. Using low expansion coefficient alloy powder, it has excellent thermal compatibility with mold steel, and the flatness error of the repaired mold is ≤ 0.005mm/m. The equipment is equipped with a precision straightening system, which can synchronously repair and correct deformed molds, and the mold size tolerance is restored to ± 0.01mm. The qualification rate of thin-walled injection molded products after repair has increased from 85% to 99%, and the size deviation has been reduced from ± 0.05mm to ± 0.02mm, suitable for the production of precision thin-walled parts such as 3C products.
