The forging die chamber is subjected to high temperature metal billet impact and wear, and the service life of traditional molds is only 3000-5000 pieces, with high replacement costs. Daokedao adopts high chromium cast iron+nano ceramic composite melting technology, with a die surface hardness of HRC62-65, impact toughness ≥ 18J/cm ², and an increase in impact wear resistance by 2.5 times. By using segmented preheating and multi-layer melting process, residual stress is controlled below 80MPa to avoid cracking of the mold cavity. The equipment is equipped with specialized tooling for large forging molds, which can adapt to molds weighing up to 5 tons. The dimensional tolerance of the repaired mold cavity is ± 0.03mm, which meets the forging accuracy requirements. After repair, the service life of the forging die has been extended to 15000-20000 pieces, saving a cost of 200000 yuan per year for a single set of molds. It is suitable for the production of automotive forgings, engineering machinery forgings, and other products.
