Gear shaft tooth surface wear and pitting are common faults in transmission systems. Traditional welding repair of tooth surfaces can easily lead to tooth shape distortion, resulting in large subsequent processing and uneven tooth surface hardness. After repair, the gear transmission noise is high and the accuracy is low.
