The output shaft of the reducer is prone to wear on the keyway and bearing positions due to the large transmission torque, and the traditional electroplating repair layer has poor adhesion. Daokedao adopts high chromium cast iron+nickel based alloy composite cladding. After keyway repair, the shear strength reaches 500MPa, the bearing hardness is HRC58-62, and the wear resistance is improved by 2.5 times. The equipment is equipped with torque support fixtures to avoid axial deformation during the repair process. A segmented preheating process is adopted to control residual stress below 80MPa. For different shaft diameters ranging from 50 to 300mm, 12 sets of standard processes are preset. After repairing a single shaft, the operating noise is reduced by 5dB, and the service life is 1.2 times that of a new shaft.
