The stirring screw of a chemical reaction kettle is affected by corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, and traditional stainless steel screws are perforated and scrapped within 1-2 years. Daokedao adopts Hastelloy C-276 cladding material, and through supersonic laser cladding technology, the coating density reaches 99.8%, the strong corrosion resistance is over 10000 hours, and the corrosion rate is ≤ 0.003mm/year. For the spiral surface of the screw, a five axis linkage melting system is adopted to ensure coating thickness uniformity of ± 0.1mm. The equipment has explosion-proof design (Ex d IIB T4) and can be operated on site in the chemical workshop. The repair cost of the Φ 200mm mixing screw is only 40% of that of a new part. After application, the lifespan of the screw has been extended to 5 years, making it suitable for chemical production scenarios such as pesticides and dyes.
