The wear and tear of the wind turbine spindle bearings can easily cause the fan to shut down, and repairing in cold regions requires more consideration of low-temperature toughness. Daokedao has developed low-temperature specialized cladding materials, which still have an impact toughness of 22J/cm ² at -40 ℃ and have passed GL wind power certification. Adopting preheating+multi-layer cladding process, the dimensional tolerance of the repaired bearing position is ± 0.02mm, the surface hardness is HRC55-58, and the fitting accuracy reaches IT5 level. The equipment is equipped with a movable work vehicle, which can directly repair the wind farm engine room on site. The repair time for the Φ 800mm spindle is reduced to 24 hours, saving 90% of the time compared to returning to the factory for maintenance. After repair, the fatigue life of the main shaft reaches 8 × 10 ⁵ times, suitable for various types of wind turbines ranging from 1.5MW-5MW, and has been widely applied in wind farms in Inner Mongolia, Northern Europe, and other regions.
