The wear of components such as rollers and spindles in textile machines can easily lead to yarn breakage and increased yarn fuzz, affecting the quality of textile products. Daokedao adopts nickel based alloy cladding technology to form a wear-resistant coating with a thickness of 0.5-1mm on the surface of the component, with a hardness of HRC50-55 and a surface roughness of Ra0.08-0.12 μ m. The uniformity of the roller grip is improved by 15%. After repair, the operating noise of the components decreased by 3-5 dB, the yarn breakage rate decreased by more than 40%, and the daily output of a single loom increased by 5% -8%. The equipment is compact in size and can be adapted to work in narrow spaces in textile workshops. It is pre-set with 12 sets of standard processes for different types of textile machinery, with simple and convenient operation, and has been recognized by multiple textile factories.
