The nozzle of a 3D printer is prone to problems such as decreased printing accuracy and blockage due to wear caused by high-temperature molten materials. Daokedao uses wear-resistant ceramic materials such as tungsten carbide and zirconia, and forms a 0.1-0.2mm thick coating on the inner wall of the nozzle through micro melting technology. The inner diameter accuracy is controlled at ± 0.01mm, and the service life is 5-8 times longer than traditional brass nozzles. For common nozzle apertures such as 0.4mm and 0.6mm, specialized repair parameters are pre-set. After repair, the size error of the nozzle printed parts is ≤ 0.03mm, and the surface smoothness is improved by 30%. The equipment is equipped with a high-power microscopic observation system to ensure uniform coating on the inner wall of the nozzle, and is suitable for nozzle maintenance needs of various 3D printing equipment such as FDM and SLM.
