Train wheel tread, track frog and other rail transit components must be strictly controlled for repair accuracy after wear to ensure safe operation. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses train specific wear-resistant alloy powder, with a bonding strength of over 600MPa between the cladding layer and the wheel substrate, a hardness of HRC58-62, and a wear resistance 1.5 times higher than the original. The roundness error of the repaired wheel tread is ≤ 0.02mm, and it has passed the TB/T 2817 railway vehicle parts repair standard test. The equipment is equipped with an automated detection system to monitor the thickness and hardness of the cladding layer in real time, ensuring that every repaired component meets safety requirements.
