Heavy duty components such as mining crusher liners and ball mill liners are subjected to high-intensity impact and abrasive wear, and traditional repair processes are prone to detachment. Daokedao adopts high chromium cast iron+nano ceramic composite melting technology, with a coating thickness of up to 5-8mm, impact toughness ≥ 18J/cm ², hardness HRC62-65, and a service life 1.8-2.2 times longer than the original high manganese steel parts. The equipment adopts a high-power laser generator (4000W) with a melting efficiency of 0.8-1.2kg/h, and can be melted in different areas for large lining plates with a diameter of more than 2 meters. Equipped with a remote diagnostic system, it can monitor the operation status of equipment in real time, reduce the time for on-site troubleshooting in mines, and adapt to the equipment maintenance needs of remote mining areas.
