The oil pipeline inspection robot needs to walk autonomously within a pipeline with a diameter of 500mm-1200mm. The friction between the track and the inner wall of the pipeline is severe, and the traditional rubber track has a lifespan of only 500 kilometers. Replacement requires dismantling the robot body, which takes 3 days. Daokedao fused rubber ceramic composite coating embeds ceramic particles on the surface of the rubber track, and uses laser cladding to firmly bond the ceramic and rubber, increasing wear resistance by 5 times and extending the service life to 2500 kilometers. After being applied by a pipeline inspection company in Russia, the frequency of track replacement has been reduced from 4 times per year to 1 time, resulting in a 30% increase in inspection efficiency.
