Tank track shoes are subjected to severe impact and wear during complex terrain driving, and the service life of traditional track shoes is only 500-800 kilometers. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Cr Ni Mo high hardness alloy powder to fuse a 5-8mm strengthening layer on the grounding teeth and pin holes of the track plate. The hardness of the cladding layer is HRC65-70, the impact toughness is ≥ 18J/cm ², and the wear resistance is 6 times higher than that of the original track plate. A test conducted by a military unit showed that the travel range of the melted track shoes has been extended to over 3000 kilometers, suitable for complex environments such as mountains and deserts. The military grade melting process of the equipment meets strict reliability requirements.
