Automotive engine oil filter housings protect internal filter elements, requiring good sealing, high temperature resistance, and oil resistance, operating under high temperature (up to 140°C) and pressure. Traditional mechanical fastening may loosen due to vibration, leading to oil leakage, while adhesive bonding degrades under oil exposure. DaokeDao laser welding is suitable for oil-resistant PP and PA materials, forming a hermetic weld with leakage rate ≤0.01ml/min, completely blocking oil leakage. The weld has excellent chemical resistance, withstanding long-term oil erosion, and the heat-affected zone ≤0.3mm, avoiding damage to internal filter elements. The equipment supports automated production, with full parameter monitoring and traceability, complying with automotive engine safety standards, cycle time 9-12 seconds per unit, production capacity 80 pieces per hour, helping automakers improve engine reliability and reduce maintenance frequency.
