The water conservancy gate shaft is immersed in water for a long time, facing mud and sand wear and water corrosion. The Daokedao laser cladding equipment uses corrosion-resistant alloy powder, with a cladding layer density of 99.9%, no pores, and a corrosion resistance of over 1500 hours in salt spray testing.
