Daokedao Laser Cladding: Fast Cooling for Thai Plastic Factories

Thai plastic factories process plastic parts that need fast cooling after laser cladding to avoid deformation. Daokedao’s equipment has a built-in fast cooling system.

The system cools the coated part from 800℃ to 50℃ in 5 minutes—3 times faster than natural cooling. A Bangkok plastic factory used it to coat 10,000 plastic injection molds monthly: the molds retained their shape (deformation <0.01mm) and production efficiency increased by 25%.

The cooling system is energy-efficient, using 15% less electricity than external cooling units. For Thai plastic factories, this fast cooling prevents defects and boosts output.
