Selection and Performance of Laser Cladding Materials for Agricultural Machinery Cutting Tools

Daokedao provides various specialized alloy powders for different working conditions of agricultural machinery cutting tools. For soil contacting components such as rotary tillage blades, it is recommended to use Ni60A/WC composite powder. The average hardness of the cladding layer prepared at a laser energy density of 120 J/mm ² is 587 HV, and the wear resistance is increased by 1.8 times. Field experiments have shown that the wear quality of the cutting tool is reduced by 63%. For the cutting tool, Ni based WC composite material can be used, with a cladding layer hardness of about 1000 HV. It is not only wear-resistant, but also promotes the tool to form a self grinding edge, maintain sharpness, and improve the quality and efficiency of the operation.
