Printing and dyeing textile rollers require extremely high dimensional accuracy and positional tolerances, which directly affect the uniformity of the fabric surface, the consistency of dye adhesion, and the overprinting accuracy of the pattern. Laser cladding technology has demonstrated significant advantages in this regard. Due to its small heat input and highly concentrated energy, the heat affected zone on the substrate can be controlled within 0.1-0.2mm, effectively suppressing the thermal deformation of the roller body. At the same time, this technology can achieve precise forming of the cladding layer, with a minimum cladding thickness of 0.1 millimeters and dimensional accuracy controlled within 0.01 millimeters. This means that the repaired roller can perfectly restore its original geometric dimensions, ensuring key positional tolerances such as roundness and cylindricity, and ensuring its dynamic balance under high-speed operation, fundamentally avoiding quality problems such as fabric wrinkles, color differences, and inaccurate printing caused by roller surface accuracy deviations.
