Bearing cage pin hole: Daokedao laser cladding precision repair solves assembly problems

Due to long-term friction with the pin shaft, the pin hole of the bearing cage is prone to wear and enlargement of the hole diameter (wear amount of 0.05-0.1mm), causing the cage to shake and affecting the rotational accuracy of the bearing. Traditional welding cannot guarantee the accuracy of the pin hole, and the cage can only be scrapped. The cost of a single set of cages exceeds 500 yuan. Daokedao laser cladding uses low-carbon steel powder, and repairs the worn parts of the pin holes to their original size through laser welding and precision forming processes. The aperture tolerance is controlled at H7 level, the surface roughness Ra is ≤ 0.6 μ m, and the heat affected zone is less than 0.1mm. The cage is not deformed. After repairing the pin holes of the self-aligning roller bearing cage, a certain bearing manufacturing enterprise achieved a stable fit clearance of 0.01-0.02mm during the assembly of the pin shaft, and the bearing rotation accuracy reached P5 level, which is consistent with the performance of the new cage. After application, the scrap rate of the retaining frame has been reduced from 25% to 8%, saving 250000 yuan in annual retaining frame manufacturing costs and shortening the bearing production cycle (without the need to remake the retaining frame).
