Injection molding machine barrels are prone to inner wall scratches and corrosion due to long-term contact with plastic particles and additives, leading to uneven material plasticization. Daokedao Laser Cladding equipment uses wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy powder, enabling uniform protective layer cladding on the inner wall of the barrel. The cladding layer thickness is adjustable from 0.3mm to 1mm, and the surface roughness reaches Ra 0.8μm, without affecting material conveying. Equipped with a special rotating fixture, the equipment can realize 360° continuous cladding of the barrel inner wall, with a cladding efficiency of 300cm²/h. The repair time of a single barrel is shortened to 10 hours, and the service life of the repaired barrel is extended to 2.5 times the original, helping injection molding enterprises improve material plasticization quality and reduce equipment maintenance times.
