Iranian refineries process oil at high temperatures, requiring heat-resistant equipment coatings. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment provides this.

Its chromium-cobalt alloy coating withstands 1200℃, with no oxidation after 1000 hours of high-heat testing. A Tehran refinery used it to coat 15 heat exchangers: the exchangers’ efficiency remained stable for 18 months, compared to 6 months for uncoated ones.
