Singapore semiconductor plants require dust-free environments to avoid chip contamination. Daokedao’s laser cladding equipment meets this strict standard.

Its enclosed processing chamber with HEPA filters traps 99.97% of dust particles (size ≥0.3μm). A Singapore semiconductor plant used it to coat 5000 chip carriers: no dust-related defects were found, meeting TSMC’s standards.

The equipment’s easy-to-clean design allows daily sanitization, and its low-emission operation complies with Singapore’s environmental regulations. For semiconductor plants, this dust-free operation is non-negotiable.
