Welding crack is a fatal quality defect of liquid cooling manifolds, which will cause rapid leakage and product scrapping in the use process. Thermal cracks and cold cracks are easy to appear in traditional welding of aluminum alloy and stainless steel manifolds. DKD Automation optimizes welding parameters and cooling rate for different materials, adopting gradient temperature control welding technology. It effectively avoids internal stress concentration and crack defects in the welding seam, realizing zero-crack welding of various liquid cooling manifold materials. After ultrasonic non-destructive testing, all welding seams have no micro-cracks and macroscopic cracks, with stable internal structure.
