Some industrial workshops have extreme temperature environments, such as low-temperature workshops in northern regions and high-temperature workshops in summer, which easily affect the operation stability of precision equipment. DKD laser welding machine is equipped with an intelligent constant temperature cooling and heating system inside, which can adapt to the working environment of -10℃ to 45℃. In high-temperature environments, the system actively dissipates heat to ensure stable laser power and avoid component overheating failure. In low-temperature environments, it performs constant temperature preheating to ensure the normal operation of electrical and optical components. The equipment will not have parameter drift, startup failure and operation instability due to ambient temperature changes, realizing all-weather stable production operation and meeting the production needs of different regional workshops.
