High-precision miniature liquid cooling manifolds used in precision electronics, medical equipment and portable cooling devices have micro-diameter connecting ports, which have extremely high requirements on welding precision and sealing. Traditional welding equipment cannot process tiny ports accurately, and it is easy to block the flow channel and damage the tiny structure during welding.
