Non-Contact Laser Welding for Automotive Parking Sensor Housings

Automotive parking sensors detect obstacles, requiring high precision, sealing, and weather resistance, ensuring accurate detection and stable operation. Traditional ultrasonic welding may damage internal sensors, leading to detection errors, while adhesive bonding has poor sealing. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a non-contact, low-heat process, suitable for PC and ABS sensor housings, forming a seamless, hermetic weld (IP67 rating), blocking dust and moisture. The heat-affected zone ≤0.2mm, avoiding damage to internal sensors, ensuring detection accuracy (error ≤±0.5cm). The weld has excellent weather resistance, adapting to outdoor environments. The equipment supports miniaturized housing welding, cycle time 7-10 seconds per unit, suitable for mass production of automotive electronics suppliers.
