Traditional heat sealing has uneven welds, easy air leakage, reducing oxygen delivery efficiency, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding provides a smooth, airtight connection scheme for medical-grade PP and soft PVC materials, forming a dense weld with air leakage rate ≤0.01m³/h, ensuring stable oxygen flow. The weld has good flexibility, adapting to valve opening and closing without cracking, and no burrs, avoiding irritation to respiratory mucosa. The process is clean and residue-free, complying with medical respiratory device standards. The equipment supports mass production, cycle time 5-7 seconds per unit, production capacity 170 pieces per hour, helping oxygen therapy device manufacturers improve product reliability and patient treatment effect.
