Respirator blowers provide air flow, requiring good sealing, noise reduction, and durability, ensuring efficient ventilation and stable operation. Traditional ultrasonic welding generates noise and may damage internal fan components, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding provides a particle-free, airtight connection scheme for medical-grade PP and ABS materials, forming a dense weld with air leakage rate ≤0.005m³/h, ensuring efficient air flow. The weld has high strength, resisting vibration and wear without cracking, and helps reduce operating noise. The non-contact process does not damage internal fan components, ensuring stable operation. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 9-11 seconds per unit, production capacity 100 pieces per hour, helping respirator manufacturers improve product performance and user comfort.
