Clinical thermometers require accurate temperature measurement, requiring good sealing, moisture resistance, and biocompatibility, protecting internal sensing elements from moisture and debris. Traditional assembly processes have poor sealing, easy entry of moisture, leading to measurement errors. DaokeDao laser welding adopts a low-heat non-contact process, suitable for medical-grade PC and ABS materials, forming a seamless, hermetic weld (IP65 rating), blocking moisture and debris intrusion. The heat-affected zone ≤0.2mm, avoiding damage to internal sensing elements, ensuring temperature measurement accuracy (error ≤±0.1°C). The weld has no sharp edges, no irritation to human mucosa, safe for clinical use. The equipment supports miniaturized housing welding, cycle time 6-8 seconds per unit, production capacity 140 pieces per hour, helping thermometer manufacturers improve product accuracy and reliability.
