Respirator filter cartridge housings contain filter media, requiring air tightness, durability, and biocompatibility, ensuring efficient filtration of air impurities, no air leakage. Traditional ultrasonic welding generates particles that contaminate filter media, while adhesive bonding has poor durability. DaokeDao laser welding provides a particle-free, airtight connection scheme for medical-grade PP and ABS materials, forming a dense weld with air leakage rate ≤0.005m³/h, ensuring complete sealing of the filter. The weld has high strength, resisting handling and vibration without cracking, and no burrs, avoiding filter media damage. The process is clean and residue-free, complying with medical respiratory device standards. The equipment supports automated production, cycle time 8-10 seconds per unit, production capacity 110 pieces per hour, helping respirator manufacturers improve filtration efficiency and user safety.
