Disposable biopsy forceps are used to collect tissue samples for diagnostic testing, requiring sterility, sharpness, and reliable structural integrity. These forceps are made of medical-grade plastics like PP and ABS, with metal components that require a clean, precise welding process. Traditional welding methods may generate particles that contaminate tissue samples, while adhesive bonding may fail during use. DaokeDao plastic laser welding produces particle-free welds that ensure the sterility of biopsy forceps. The non-contact process forms a strong bond between plastic and metal components (shear strength ≥25MPa), ensuring structural integrity during tissue collection. It maintains the forceps’ sharpness and precision, ensuring accurate sample collection. Our systems are cleanroom-compatible (ISO 7), supporting high-volume production (up to 100 units/hour) with consistent quality. By ensuring forceps reliability, DaokeDao laser welding helps diagnostic laboratories improve sample quality and analysis accuracy.
