Turkish aerospace suppliers need lightweight coatings to reduce aircraft part weight. Daokedao’s aluminum-based alloy coating is the solution.

The coating weighs 30% less than steel coatings while maintaining a strength of 400 MPa. A Istanbul-based supplier used it to coat 500 aircraft brackets: the brackets met Boeing’s weight requirements and reduced fuel consumption for the final aircraft by 2%.

The equipment’s precise coating control ensures uniform thickness (±0.03mm), avoiding unbalanced parts. For Turkish aerospace suppliers focused on lightweight design, this coating is ideal.
