Automotive oxygen sensors use plastic housings, which require high-temperature and corrosion-resistant welding to ensure accurate exhaust gas measurement in high-temperature exhaust environments. Traditional welding has poor heat resistance and is prone to corrosion by exhaust gases, leading to sensor failure and inaccurate emission data. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes housing manufacturing. Suitable for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant plastic materials such as PPS and modified PA, the welds can withstand operating temperatures up to 140°C and resist corrosion by exhaust gases and chemicals. The hermetic weld seam prevents exhaust gas and dust intrusion, protecting internal sensing elements and ensuring measurement accuracy. Compliant with IATF 16949 and automotive emission standards, it integrates into automated sensor production lines with a welding speed of 2 sensors per second.
