Automotive oxygen sensors use plastic housings, which require high-temperature and corrosion-resistant welding to ensure accurate exhaust gas measurement in high-temperature exhaust environments. Traditional welding has poor heat resistance and is prone to corrosion by exhaust gases, leading to sensor failure and inaccurate emission data. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes housing manufacturing. Suitable for heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant plastic materials such as PPS and modified PA, the welds can withstand operating temperatures up to 140°C and resist corrosion by exhaust gases and chemicals.
