Medical disposable urethral catheter balloons require leak-proof and biocompatible welding to ensure patient safety. Traditional balloons leak and cause tissue irritation, endangering patients. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment secures balloon integrity. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a water leakage rate of 0ml/min under 0.5MPa pressure, meeting ISO 13485 standards. Suitable for medical-grade latex and TPU, the welds are biocompatible (ISO 10993), avoiding tissue irritation and inflammation. The low-heat process maintains balloon flexibility. It supports different balloon sizes (5-30Fr) with a welding speed of 6 catheters per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
