Medical disposable dental irrigator tips require sterile and leak-proof welding to ensure irrigation efficacy. Traditional tips leak, causing water waste and oral discomfort. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes tip quality. The equipment forms hermetic welds with a water leakage rate of 0ml/min under 0.4MPa pressure, meeting ISO 13485 standards. Suitable for PP and TPU materials, the welds are sterile and smooth, reducing oral irritation. The low-heat process maintains tip flexibility. It supports different tip designs (straight/curved) with a welding speed of 7 tips per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
