Automotive EV battery cell tab insulators require heat-resistant and insulating welding to prevent short circuits. Traditional insulators melt and deform under heat, endangering battery safety. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment ensures insulator reliability. Suitable for heat-resistant PP and PPS materials, the welds withstand -40°C to 150°C, resisting battery operation heat. The welds maintain electrical insulation (breakdown voltage ≥2kV), preventing short circuits between tabs. The non-contact process avoids damage to cell tabs. Compliant with IEC 62133 standards, it integrates into automated battery assembly lines with a welding speed of 2 insulators per second. It supports different tab sizes, with quick parameter adjustment. The welds are thin and lightweight, maintaining battery energy density. Daoke Dao supports new energy vehicle manufacturers.
