Laboratory Petri dish dividers require sterile and stable welding to separate multiple samples in one dish. Traditional dividers loosen, causing sample cross-contamination. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes divider manufacturing. The equipment forms strong welds between the divider and dish, ensuring stability (load-bearing ≥1kg per section). Suitable for PP and PC materials, the welds are sterile (ISO 13485 compliant) and smooth, preventing sample adhesion. No dead corners facilitate cleaning. It supports dish sizes (90-100mm) with a welding speed of 3 dishes per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency. The welds resist culture media and disinfectants.
