Medical genetic testing kit cartridges require precise welding to ensure sample separation and detection accuracy. Equipped with 3D laser positioning, the equipment achieves ±0.008mm alignment of cartridge channels, avoiding cross-contamination. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 standards, ensuring sample purity. Suitable for PC and COC materials, the welds are dense and resistant to reagent corrosion. It supports batch processing with a welding speed of 5 cartridges per second. It can store parameters for different cartridge designs, adapting to various genetic tests.
