Medical disposable dental prophylaxis angles require sterile and durable welding to ensure polishing efficacy. Traditional angles have weak welds, causing head detachment and oral injury. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes angle manufacturing. The adhesive-free process meets ISO 13485 standards, avoiding oral contamination. Suitable for PP and ABS materials, the welds have high torque strength (≥1.5N·m), preventing head detachment during polishing. The low-heat process maintains the angle’s rotational stability. It supports different angle designs with a welding speed of 8 angles per second. The automated operation reduces manual contact, lowering contamination risks.
