Laboratory cell culture dish racks with dividers require stable welding to separate dishes and prevent collisions. Traditional racks have loose dividers, causing dish damage and sample contamination. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment optimizes rack manufacturing. The equipment forms strong welds between the rack body and dividers, ensuring divider stability (load-bearing ≥2kg per divider). Suitable for PP and PC materials, the welds are sterile (ISO 13485 compliant) and smooth, preventing dish scratches. No dead corners facilitate cleaning. It supports dish sizes (35-100mm) with a welding speed of 2 racks per second. The automated operation improves batch consistency. The welds resist culture media and disinfectants.
