Automotive PDM plastic enclosures require insulating and durable welding to protect internal fuses and circuits, ensuring safe power distribution to all vehicle electronic components. Traditional welding has poor insulation and weak welds, leading to short circuits and power failure. Daoke Dao plastic laser welding equipment solves these problems efficiently. Suitable for insulating plastic materials such as PC and PP, the welds have excellent electrical insulation performance (breakdown voltage ≥2.2kV), preventing short circuits between internal circuits. The welds have high impact resistance (≥45kJ/m²), ensuring the enclosure can withstand long-term vehicle vibration and minor collisions. The hermetic weld seam prevents dust and moisture intrusion. Compliant with IATF 16949 and automotive electrical system standards, it integrates into automated PDM production lines with a welding speed of 1.3m/min.
