The rail frog is the core component of railway turnouts. Due to repeated rolling and impact from trains, the service life of traditional high manganese steel frog is only 1-2 years, and frequent maintenance affects traffic. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses ZGMn13+Re high manganese steel rare earth alloy powder to melt a 4mm wear-resistant layer on key parts of the frog center rail and wing rail.
