Due to piston friction and hydraulic oil corrosion, hydraulic cylinder barrels are prone to inner hole wear and scratches. The cost of replacing a single cylinder barrel with a new one exceeds 10000 yuan. The Daokedao automated laser cladding equipment uses Cr Mo chromium molybdenum steel alloy powder to perform cladding repair on the inner hole of the cylinder. Through the design of a dedicated inner wall cladding head, uniform cladding of the inner hole is achieved, with a cladding layer hardness of HRC40-45, surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, and dimensional accuracy restored to the original standard. A case study of a construction machinery repair shop shows that repairing a cylinder costs only 2000 yuan and takes 3 hours. After repair, the cylinder has excellent sealing performance and a service life of 90% of new products. The equipment's inner hole cladding technology solves the problem of insufficient accuracy in traditional repair.
